Jessica joined the office in 2008, first in the receptionist position and then as the Chapter 7 paralegal. She is responsible for almost all aspects of Chapter 7 filings. She handles the cases from initial primary duties involving review of client intake forms, preparation of the petitions and review of the petitions with clients to making sure the cases are ready for court hearings. Megan has worked at Giles & Lambert, PC, since December 2003, after receiving her paralegal degree in June 2003 from Virginia Western Community College. Megan is the Chapter 13 paralegal and is responsible for nearly all aspects of Chapter 13 filings.
